Tripcentral.ca is a full-service travel agency that uses an aggressive online marketing strategy to funnel sales leads to over 100 travel agents in 22 retail locations. Using innovative software applications Tripcentral.ca is able to efficiently deliver high touch, personalized service and effectively compete with both national chains and call centres. The company is based in Hamilton where centralized administration and IT systems support the offices across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
Tripcentral.ca developed a series of custom productivity enhancing research tools and an overall expertise in selling travel. To more efficiently process the blend of in-person, telephone and electronic sales leads Tripcentral.ca needed a way to manage the sales process and bring the existing communications, CRM and research tools together. Tripcentral.ca turned to Intelliware to develop and build the Tripcentral.ca Enquiry Desktop (TED).
Intelliware approached the creation of TED using the proven i-Proving methodology beginning by developing a high level roadmap and building stories. Working closely with Tripcentral.ca throughout the process, the product was tested for usability and the rigors of production before being deployed across the company. Intelliware continues to support enhancements to TED enshrining the long term value of the application.
