MyTotalWellbeing.com (MTW) is an early stage company planning to develop an holistic, web based, personal wellness management solution. It will allow individuals to create a unique profile about them that will be used to find and understand electronic information needed to manage their overall wellness. In an effort to raise capital to fund the launch of their business, MTW engaged Intelliware to build out a working Prototype of the solution. The Prototype was used in a number of pitches to bring reality to the vision making the business model easier to understand for potential investors. Using its i-Proving methodology, Intelliware worked closely with the founders of MTW to create the working Prototype in only 40 days. Once capital is secured, the working Prototype will be used as the core of the production version of the wellness portal. Creating the working Prototype added significant value to MTW in that it demonstrated to investors that certain technical needs of the product could be achieved mitigating time to market and user adoption risks.
