Intelliware fosters an enlightened work environment where there is continuous knowledge sharing within the project teams. Questions are appreciated and expected.
Intelliware developers attend many industry conferences each year returning with new perspectives, knowledge and best practices to be shared with the team. Conferences include JavaOne, QCon, SD Best Practices, RailsConf, OOPSLA and IdeaCity. Intelliware also participates in local industry events.
Intelliware hosts monthly “Lunch & Learn” sessions featuring a wide range of topics and speakers. Team members, clients, and external specialists present topics such as aspect oriented programming, offshore outsourcing, optimal posture in the workplace and ways to fire up creativity. Also we have weekly "Tuesday Lunch" sessions for open forums, study group and tutorials. Intelliware’s i-proving website includes a blog where team members share ideas and challenge each other.
