How do I apply for a position?

What is the work environment like?
Intelliware has an informal and friendly work environment with a flexible work schedule and casual dress code. The office is designed around a large open area complete with a kitchen, library and lounge area. There are large project rooms distributed among smaller meeting spaces throughout the office. To support physical activity there are bike racks by the entrance and shower areas in the washrooms.
What is the interview process?
How should I prepare for an on-site interview?
- On-site interviews will be approximately 1- 1 ½ hrs
- Dress is business casual
