Director, e-Health Business Development

Overview

You are an experienced business development professional that has been responsible for selling and delivering solutions to a broad range of clients on a broad range of technology platforms. You have worked with clients to define the business problem, propose alternatives and ultimately position the right business and technical solution to drive out business value. You then ensured the solution was delivered as sold and met the defined business requirements of the client. You are capable of leading and communicating effectively with project delivery teams and dealing with challenging situations as they arise. You have direct experience with the Canadian eHealth and healthcare technology markets and have used your business acumen to effectively manage the procurement requirements and deliver solutions for clients in these markets.

You have managed relationships at many levels in a client organization and across business units. Your extensive e-Health industry experience or background as a practitioner has enabled you to become a trusted advisor to clients and to create opportunities for them where none appeared to exist. You have credible experience in relationship and account management, and are willing to be compensated on your results. You have been personally accountable for delivering solutions to clients based on relationships you have developed.

You want to have direct influence and impact on the direction and growth of a software development company that provides development, integration, products and testing services to healthcare clients. You will be accountable for obtaining and developing new clients that require application development and related professional services. You will be able to position, present, negotiate and close new business through an established network of relationships with technology and business partners that will deliver opportunities for you to pursue.
